We will talk about:

1) Where the idea for a 12 week year come from.

2) How effective execution can make all the difference

3) We don’t need new ideas to double or triple our income, applying what we already know can be enough

4) Short-term goals and long term vision.

5) Ownership of your choices, and true accountability

6) Results are the confirmation of greatness, you become great long before the results

7) The importance of breakout blocks, as in rest.

8) Last, but not least, we’ll hear about Brian’s own measure of success.

Here is one of my favorite quotes from the book: on the daily, weekly basis the difference between greatness and mediocrity is small, but the difference in results down the road is tremendous.
